The place is conveniently located near a restaurant with great food, and the staff is friendly.

Its location is easy in the area.

We were in a decent location within easy walking distance of Chances.

The hotel's location was good, adjacent to a restaurant that offered a much better meal. We were only 2 km from popular places like Centenoka Park Mall.

It was located right on the trans canada so was really easy to find passing thru. The desk receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and had room darkening shades. The continental breakfast was good and they kept refilling the items so there was always lots. Air conditioner was wonderful

There were several lights burned out that was kinda a hassle.

Made use of the large pool and hot tub (altho the tub wasn't very hot)

I was pressured to change my booking of 2 queen beds to one queen because I was travelling alone and they were fully booked and another person requested 2 beds I thought I would get a price reduction for changing my reservation to suit them but I did not. The continental breakfast was not refilled like the last time I came thru a few days prior (guess it depends who's working) So had to settle for toast and coffee.

The hotel is situated in a wonderful location on the outskirts of a beautiful area.

The venue was clean and the staff were polite. The location was great, just next door to highway 1, a restaurant that offered a much better meal and downtown. Also, this hotel was situated 7 km from tourist destination like Salmon Arm Water Slides. We appreciated spending 1 night here.

Worn Faint...damp, I guess, smell in the room. If I return to the area, I would definitely choose to stay again at this cozy and convenient venue, as it offers a great base for exploring the surroundings.

linens/towels were clean

needs up-dating - bed covers are unhygenic - carpet was stained - fridge had broken handle - light over bed had faulty switch

Close to business meeting ,quiet, wifi great shower

Closed till 7.am we had no towels but used hand towels unfortunatly we could not get back to check out would like a quieter a/c but it did to job

The location was convenient, close to a large supermarket and the Trans Canada highway; the queen room was freshly renovated with new white linens and had a complete set of tables and chairs in it.

Rooms clean, beds comfortable, nice hot tub and pool

Could use a little more selection at the contental breakfast

Air conditioner, (which we definitely needed) was quite noisy, and blew directly onto the person in the front bed.
